AtulyaHaraya operates this storefront for customers in Canada. Prices are in CAD and are shown before tax where applicable.
Product information, stock, shipping fees, discounts and payable totals shown at checkout are calculated by the server. Values typed or cached in the browser are not binding.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after the server accepts it. Canada checkout is prepaid by card through the configured payment provider. Cash on delivery is not offered on this host.
If prepaid payment does not complete, the order is not treated as paid. You can retry from the payment recovery flow. Duplicate payment callbacks are handled so the same success is not applied twice.
Shipping
Delivery depends on postal-code serviceability and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Many orders use partner fulfilment; a tracking reference appears after the partner returns a real tracking number.
Estimated dates are shown only when the platform has them. We do not invent delivery guarantees or waybills.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility depends on the product, its return policy snapshot on the order, the order state and the configured window. Not every product can be returned.
Returns are requested from a signed-in account after delivery. Refunds go back through the original payment context where the provider supports it. Guest tracking is not used to open a return.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the email, phone and password used on the account. Do not attempt to change prices, tax, payment success or admin-only state from the client.
